This agreement is entered into by “THRONE ROOMS”, hereafter referred to as Lessor or LRT and Lessor or LRT and Dave Monsell. Referred to as Lessee:

1. Optional non-refundable damage waiver in the amount of $250 per trailer rental limits lessee liability for minimal damages such as scratches, scuffs etc. Damage Waiver also limits customer liability to damages up to $3,000 in the event of total damage or major repair while in Lessee’s possession due to fire, accidental damage, carelessness, vandalism or riot, or for missing unit due to theft with an appropriate police report. Damage waiver is non-refundable. Total replacement cost of restrooms range minimum $30,000 for smaller models and reach up to $70,000 for larger models.
2. Total Bill Payable as Follows: $750 per unit non-refundable deposit due 90 days before rental with signed agreement in order to secure date and reserve equipment. The full balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date.
3. Paying any portion of above listed bill, Lessee is hereby accepting the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
4. If a delivery and/or pick up time has not been arranged within two weeks of the event date, delivery and pick up will be subject to Lessor’s available schedule.

Lessee agrees to return equipment listed on front side of contract in good condition and further agrees to assume full responsibility for any damages to, or loss of said equipment and to pay full cost of repairs or replacement cost if lost or stolen. Lessee shall assume all liability and hold Lessor harmless for any damage or injury claims arising due to negligent use or care of equipment. Lessee agrees to carry proper insurance to protect against personal injury, property damage, and general liability.

In the event that this account becomes delinquent, Lessee agrees to pay Lessor collection expenses, including reasonable legal/or attorney fees, up to 20% in addition to all outstanding debt due to Lessor.

If the Lessee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, this agreement shall terminate at the option of the Lessor and become void at the right of possession of all items or equipment supplied under and covered by this agreement, (shall revert to and vest in lessor). The Lessor shall have the right, without notice or service, to immediately recover items and equipment from the customer. The Lessor shall not be responsible for the loss of any personal property on the premises, which might be caused by the removal of any of the Lessor’s equipment pursuant to this paragraph. The Lessor will be entitled to all costs and expenses including but not limited to legal fees incurred in obtaining payment from
customer should customer fail to promptly pay for equipment use or damage upon demand.

1. Lessee agrees to be responsible for rental/service charges of said unit(s).
2. Lessee agrees the $750 deposit is non-refundable within 90 days of the scheduled event and full balance is due in 30 days.
3. If cancelled prior to the 90 days, a 10% cancelation fee will be applied to deposit.
4. Lessee agrees to order sufficient service so as not to overtax the unit’s designed capacity.
5. Responsibility for the rental will continue for a reasonable time until pick up of the unit is made.
6. Rental periods are 1 day unless otherwise stated.
7. Lessee agrees not to remove the rented property from the original delivery location without first notifying Throne Rooms’ office
   by telephone and shall not sublease the same to other persons unless authorized by Throne Rooms.
8. Units must be located in such a manner that service trucks can easily access the rental(s) for servicing at all times. Throne Rooms
   will not be responsible for closed roads, inclement weather, etc. that prevents service of unit(s).
9. All invoices will be considered correct unless our office is notified within 7 days of the last date of invoice.
10. We/I hereby release Throne Rooms from any liability due to accidents or other cause while rental(s) are in our/my possession.
11. Customer will not alter or make attachments to the equipment.
12. Customer will immediately notify Throne Rooms and discontinue use of the equipment if it becomes unsafe or in disrepair.
13. Customer chooses the site for installing the equipment and accepts all responsibility in connection with that choice of location.
    customer quote is based on; easy access to site, firm and level ground, and a dry location. In addition, trailers are inoperable at
    extreme inclines and may deem a location unacceptable or subject to additional charges.
14. Without the prior written consent of LRT the customer will not assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder and
    will not transfer possession or control of the equipment.
15. The average setup time is 1 hour. If through no fault of the driver, (i.e. the site is not ready, personnel are not available to accept
    delivery, etc.) the setup takes longer than the average 1 hour, the charge will be $50 per hour for each additional hour. Any site
    changes after delivery begins will be charged accordingly.
16. Lessee is responsible for the cost of replacement and repairs due to fire, theft, carelessness, accidental damage, vandalism or riot
    and agrees to return rental equipment to Throne Rooms in delivered condition, ordinary use and wear excepted.
17. Throne Rooms reserves the right to make equipment substitutions of equal or better quality. Throne Rooms may subcontract
    some or all of its services when necessary.
18. If the customer fails to make any payment or fails to perform any obligations due hereunder, Throne Rooms may pursue all
    remedies available by law or in equity, including termination of this Agreement without notice, repossession of the equipment
    without legal process, and recovery of all sums due hereunder. Such remedies shall be cumulative. Customer shall pay all costs
    of recovery of payment.
19. Throne Rooms is not to be held liable for the performance of the trailer with temperatures at or below freezing, or any conditions

Each of the following events below will result in ADDITIONAL FEES if not arranged in advance.

1. Delivery, pick up, or service required outside the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm:……………………. $195 fee (per trailer}
2. If a driver is blocked from the property for more than 15 minutes upon delivery, pick up, or servicing (i.e. locked gate, wrong

Standard Property Photo Release: Note this photo release allows us to take a “pretty photo” of the restrooms. This DOES NOT allow us to include faces, addresses, names, or identifying landmarks. Your privacy is our priority!

For valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the undersigned being the legal owner of or having full legal rights to permit use, commercial use of photographs of property designated at above listed address hereby grant the photographer, their legal representatives and successors as well as persons and companies including Throne Rooms. Acting with his/her permission the irrevocable right and permission throughout the world in connection with the photographs he/she has taken of the property described above or in which the property may be included with others. The following: (a) the right to use and reuse and publish in any manner at all said photographs in whole or in part modified or altered either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs in any medium or form of distribution and for any purposes whatsoever including without limitation all promotional and advertising uses, non-commercial or commercial display, broadcast, exhibition of the final production and other trade purposes as well as using my name in connection there with if he/she so desires: and (b) the right to copyright said photographs in his/her own name or in any other name that he/she may select. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product or copy and any use thereof. I agree that the photographs, reproductions, and negatives thereof shall constitute the photographer’ssole property, and that the photographer has the full right to dispose of any or all of them in any manner whatsoever. I hereby forever release and discharge photographer and his/her respective representatives, licenses, successors and assigns specifically Throne Rooms and its clients from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs, including without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and libel acknowledge that this release document was signed by me willingly and I certify that I am not a minor, and I am free and able of giving such consent. If the undersigned is signing this form on behalf of or as an agent or employee of the company organization, the undersigned warrants that he/she has authorization to do so.

ON SITE REQUIREMENTS
All our restrooms require access to electricity and water.
Electrical requirements are a 20-amp circuit with a 11 0v outlet (Standard breaker size with a standard 3 prong outlet).
Water requirements are a standard garden hose outlet.
We provide 100 feet of hose and cord with the rental. If you require additional length, please let me know. If water or power are not available on site, we have avenues of trouble shooting. Each restroom is fitted with an internal freshwater tank (with the exception of the Executive Eight Stall Suite) that can be filled on or off site and we can also provide 3000 watt generators at a cost of $150 per unit per one day events for any of the trailer options, or a 7000 watt generator for the Executive Eight Stall Suite at $250 per one day rental.

DELIVERY
For Saturday events we can deliver the day prior to the event and pick up the day after the event.
For Sunday events – we guarantee Sunday morning delivery and can deliver earlier if available in the schedule. Pick up will happen the day after the event. If a different schedule is needed, please do not hesitate to reach out – we can often
be super flexible with enough warning.
For Weekday events we can typically deliver the day prior to the event and pick up the day after.
NOTE: We do need someone available at the point of delivery but if the property is accessible, we can do the pickup portion solo – you need your rest!
NEXT STEP TO BOOKING YOUR EVENT All we need to do in order to finalize your reservation is to review, sign, and return the Rental Agreement attached to this email along with a $750 deposit.
